1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

My Prayer Cards offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on credit pack purchases made through the Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”). To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address used at checkout, or contact us via the Contact page and we will assist with the refund request.

3. Credits from Refunded Purchases

When a refund is issued for a credit pack purchase, the corresponding credits may be revoked from your account. If your balance is insufficient at the time of the refund, the refund will still be processed.
